TWIN BLOOM

For those who aren't aware could you please introduce yourself and give the readers a quick run down of the music that twinbloom makes?

Twinbloom consists of Steve on vocals/guitar, Suzie on vocals/bass and Stewie on drums. We've had various iterations of what twinbloom is today over the years and feel like we have finally hit what we were aiming for. I like to think of our sound as Alternative Rock/Emo with the foundational roots of Pop Punk.

Could you explain the thought process that went into the creation of your EP phantoms?

The EP Phantoms was written over a few years with each song tackling various struggles of growing up. The inspiration behind some of the songs range from watching a family member's life turn upside down, depression and self improvement.

If you had to collectively choose as a band only one song from your discography released/unreleased to play live forever which song would it be and why?

That's a tough one. There are a few songs I would always love to have included in our set but, I think Phantoms will always be a part of it with how much fun it is to perform and what the song means to us as a band.

Have you ever thought about doing a music video for Phantoms? If so could we shoot/edit it for you?

A video for Phantoms would be awesome!

I have often referred to your music as what I would imagine the feeling of taking 3.5 grams of mushrooms, 2 Percocets and drinking a pint of beer whilst lying down on a bed. Do you think this is an accurate description of your music?

I love that description! We may need someone to test the combination to confirm haha.
